  Apartment 1 has one bedroom; Apartment 2 has two separate bedrooms.

  WIFI connection, bed linen, hand and bath towels, dishes and final cleaning are included in the price.

  The prices are per apartment, from a minimum stay of 7 nights. For shorter stays a price will be negotiated by arrangement.

  The prices are plus the local tax of 2,50 € (1.35 € till 31/12/23) per person per day.
  Children up to 14 years are exempt from the local tax.

  Local tax
  On the 1st of January 2014 the local tax was introduced in South Tyrol (provincial law no. 9 of May 16, 2012). The revenues from the local tax are used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructures and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sporting events. The price per person and per night will be charged by the accommodation companies. The amount of this municipal fee is based on the category of the business. Children and young people under 14 years are exempt from the tax. The local tax is paid on departure and will be indicated separately in the invoice.

  Cancellation policy
  In the case of the unexpected causing you to forego your holiday, the following conditions apply:
  You can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before your set date of arrival.
  Between 60 days and 30 days before your set date of arrival we charge the advance payment made.
  Between 30 days and 1 week before set date of arrival the cancellation charge amounts to 70% of the booking price.
  This amount goes up to 90% if cancellation is made in the week before set date of arrival.
